After a box or tray design is selected, drawings of the proposed box or tray may be created by your corrugated supplier / package designer. Our Engineers will review them for proper design and fit of each component, as well as run-ability on the appropriate Moen former or sealer. After all project information and box or tray drawings are reviewed, a firm quotation may be provided to confirm pricing, equipment requirements and estimated cycle rates.
While Moen Industries is not affiliated with any corrugate material suppliers, we do work closely with many companies to assist with the design of Bliss box and tray drawings. Many corrugated suppliers also have the facilities to provide strength testing and may offer reduced material usage and improved pricing using these designs.
