Service assistance is available on new Moen equipment, as well as Moen equipment currently in operation. Whether your need is for installation, start-up, training, machine audits, modifications or repairs, a trained Moen Field Service Technician can help. We offer estimates based on your service requirements and our Service Rate Policy is also available upon request. Technical assistance is available by phone for questions regarding the operation or mechanics of your existing Moen equipment. Spare Parts for Moen Equipment:

Many of the parts installed on Moen equipment are usually in stock and readily available for shipment. However, we do recommend that your plant maintains adequate stock levels of natural wear items and any parts that may fail without warning that can render the equipment inoperable. Note: Our maintenance schedule should be followed and natural wear items should be replaced on a routine basis.
