Moen vacuum feed systems efficiently feed a single blank from the material stack. They are designed to be forgiving towards irregular corrugated material and proven to reduce material scrap loss!

 

 

Optional High-Capacity Material Hopper Systems increase the material capacity of the machine freeing up operator time for other tasks.  Ruggedly built for three shift per day performance.  

 

Moen Belt Drive Systems positively move the corrugated blank through the glue application station and into the die compression area.  Featuring high-speed components for increased longevity.

 

 

Positive squaring and compression systems form the box around an accurately designed solid mandrel.  The result is a consistently stronger, squarer box than boxes formed on competitive bliss forming machines.  

 

Color Touch Screen operator interface is standard on all Moen Packaging Equipment. Includes operation, fault condition, maintenance, troubleshooting, and changeover information.

 

 

All Moen Equipment is designed with the highest quality components and parts for longevity and efficiency.

Moen Equipment is ruggedly built with a heavy duty steel frame construction for years of reliable service. All frames are finished with a stainless steel flake paint.  

 

UL Approved Electrical Control Panels are a standard feature on all Moen equipment.  Our electrical panels are built and certified using components that meet rigorous UL tests and are assembled according to UL 508A specifications.

 

 

This unit offers a 20 lb. holding capacity with 40 lb. per hour melt rate. It is a standard feature on all Moen equipment (models PF129-B & PF129-TFB feature Extended Capacity Glue Tank). It is specifically designed for the high, instantaneous use of glue required by Bliss box applications.  The proven system utilizes a single acting pneumatic pump which eliminates "winks" in the glue bead during pump reversal.   

 

 

In addition to providing the same features as our standard
M3-A model, the extended capacity tank holds up to 30 lbs.
of adhesive and melts up to 50 lbs. per hour. This 50%
increase in tank size is more forgiving when an operator
fails to fill the glue tank and offers a 25% increase
in melt rate.

 

 

Moen glue application is PLC controlled for accurate glue pattern placement.  Contact style glue guns use a low fluid pressure to help control adhesive "stringing."
